Emmy Award Winner

Sound. Precision. Presence.

Four decades of delivering flawless audio for the world's biggest stages, from touring with Grammy-winning artists to engineering broadcast television's most prestigious events.

The Emmy

In 2024, I won an Emmy Award for Outstanding Sound Mixing for my work as FOH Production Mixer on Saturday Night Live's 50th Anniversary Special. Standing in Studio 8H, mixing for an audience that included five decades of comedy legends, was the culmination of everything I'd learned in forty years behind a console.

But the Emmy wasn't the beginning—it was a milestone in a journey that started on tour buses, continued through the world's greatest venues, and evolved into the high-stakes world of broadcast television and major special events.

The Now

These days, I focus on what I do best: delivering flawless audio for broadcast television and major special events. From managing ceremony audio for 23,000 people at the US Open Tennis Championship to orchestrating VIP suite experiences at the Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix, I thrive in high-pressure, high-profile environments where perfection is the only option.

I work with clients like Google (Brandcast), corporate events, and cultural institutions like the Tribeca Festival. The venues are bigger, the stakes are higher, and frankly, it doesn't require amp maintenance at 2 AM anymore—which is a definite upgrade.

The Touring Years

Thirty years traveling the world as a monitor engineer for some of music's biggest names

Hall & Oates

I spent much of my career on the road with Daryl Hall and John Oates, one of the most successful duos in music history. Night after night, city after city, ensuring their iconic sound translated perfectly from stage to audience. It was a masterclass in consistency, professionalism, and the art of live sound.

Beyond the Console

When I'm not engineering sound for the world's biggest events, I'm exploring it with my wife Samara. We're passionate about travel, art, culture, and New York City's vibrant nightlife scene. Life is too short for minimalism—we believe in living maximally, experiencing deeply, and documenting it all along the way.
